Welcome to my blog. My name is Teresa Helgeson and I am on a mission to help raise the consciousness of this planet to one of Love and Compassion for all. A new world where everyone helps everyone, where each person is considered an equal with something wonderful to contribute to the world for the betterment of all, a world filled with abundance for all, a world with no lack, a world where we all live in peace and harmony working towards living our lives in joyous pleasure. I know this is a tall order but I also know it can be accomplished one person at a time.

My intent in writing these blogs is to awaken, inspire, motivate and share how we are all abundant, loving, compassionate beings who can easily create the life and world we want. I believe we have just forgotten who we are and how we do it therefore, if I can in some small way assist one person in remembering their magnificence and guide them through their journey of transformation than I have accomplished what I set out to do.

For each person who remembers their greatness and embraces it can affect thousands of other people on the planet and this riple effect like a drop of water in the ocean can change our world for the better.
